Program Description 

The Caregiver Support Program provides caregivers with the most up-to-date information and guidance needed to care for seniors effectively and appropriately. This program also supports caregivers in maintaining their own health and achieving a balanced lifestyle.

Once registered as a caregiver member, you can receive services (registration and services are both free).

Target Audience

Caregiver

Adult family members or individuals 18 years of age, who are informal providers of in-home and community care to:

  • An individual 60+ years of age or

  • An individual (of any age) with Alzheimer's disease or related disorder with neurological and organic brain dysfunction

Caregiver Consultants / Coaches

Work directly with a professional who understands the needs and issues of the person you’re caring for and is focused on supporting you. With your coach’s help, you can set and meet goals, solve problems and challenges, and find helpful resources.
