Memory Masters

Memory Masters offers a senior dementia prevention program for community members aged 60 and above in Minnesota. This program combines physical and cognitive activities, including various memory games and the writing of observation journals, to enhance brain function and ultimately prevent dementia. It also aims to promote emotional stability through social interaction. (Held in English Classroom)
