한인복지센터는 연장자분들께 필요한 서비스를 제공함으로써,

자택에서 독립적으로 사실 수 있도록 도와드리는 프로그램을 운영하고

있으며, 연장자분을 도와 주실 건강 보조사 및 식당에서 한식을 준비해

주실 Cook 및 Cook Assistant 를 채용하고 있습니다. 

 

모집 분야

  • 가족처럼 함께 일할 건강 보조사 (Home Health Aids)

  • 연장자 회원분들께 제공할 한식 조리사 및 조리 보조사 

 

자격 요건 ​

  • 법적으로 일할 수 있는 조건

  • 건강 보조사 경력 선호 (경력없을시 교육제공 가능)

Program Developer/ Grant Writer

 

Job Types: Part-time

The Korean Service Center (KSC), a non-profit organization, is seeking a part time program developer / Grant Writer to support a Research foundation grants, government grants, and government contracts.

The Program Developer/Grant Writer accurately understands the mission, goals and financial needs of the Korean Service Center and will closely work with the Executive Director and Program Managers to research prospective funders, develop programs that fit KSC, and submit proposals and reports in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and explore grants that meet the mission and goals of the Korean Service Center

  • Work collaboratively with Executive Director, Program Managers, and other staff to gather input and

  • incorporate feedback into clear and persuasive proposal

  • Gather and submit proposal documents before deadlines

  • Collet necessary information by participating in conferences provided by each foundation and

  • government

  • Assist Program Managers in gathering outcomes data, evaluating outcomes, and submitting funder

  • reports

  • Develop annual grants plan including funder strategy and anticipated timelines and report to Executive Director

Qualification

  • At least one year of successful grant-writing experience, with experience in both government contracts and foundation grants desirable

  • Education or experience in the non-profit areas culturally specific organizations, social services, and/or community based highly desirable

  • Ability to work and communicate well with people from other cultures

  • Ability to work independently, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative evaluation tools

  • Bilingual Korean English speaking preferable
