Community Solutions for Healthy Child Development (CSF)

KSC provides educational programs and social services to Korean immigrant families with children from prenatal to grade 3 (0-8 yrs. old) through a funding established by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). The Community Solutions for Health Child Development (CSF) program aims to improve child development related to the well-being of children of color and American Indian children and reduces racial and geographical disparities in children’s health and development.

 

To accomplish these CSF missions, KSC offers

 

  • Parenting workshop/Seminar for Korean families

  • Parenting resource hub for Korean families to communicate and share with other families (https://www.facebook.com/ourkoreankidsmn)

  • Cultural activities to Korean children for cultivating their identities
